In this episode, I speak to long time nurse, Anita Comfort. We talk about growing older with a chronic conditon and the possibllities of remaining in your home. We talk about the anxiety many feel living with MS because so much is unknown due to MS treating each person unqiuely. Anita talks about taking your power back and offers a couple of techniques to lower anxiety.
